Do you have a medical cannabis authorization from an approved provider but need your medical card? We can help!
Schedule an appointment at either of our two locations and our certified consultants will be happy to get you set up with your card so you can start purchasing tax exempt medical cannabis.
In order to set up your card successfully in store we ask that you please do the following for your appointment:
Bring your official authorization paperwork from your medical provider. This must be the original document and cannot be a version printed at home or photocopied.
Bring a valid government issued ID
Bring $1 in cash to cover the state card setup fee
Wear a dark colored garment. Your photo will be taken as part of the setup process and this ensures the upload goes smoothly in the state’s validation system.
